SFK 2000 is a women's football club from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They play in the highest level of women's soccer leagues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Zenska liga BiH. The club was established in June 2000, the name was chosen from the men's football club which shut down in the meantime[1] .
In short time the team reached the 1st place in the Bosnian League, which it still holds today. The participated in the UEFA Women's Cup from 2003 onwards but never reached the final rounds. In the 2009–10 UEFA Women's Champions League they started in the round of 32 but lost to Russia's Zvezda 2005 Perm. One year later they had to start in the qualifying round and failed to move on. They qualified again for the 2011–12 season and start in the qualifying round again.
